  - Bring a helper/fellow scrapper:
- Additional vendor space for your booth
- Cropping area for her		  
     
  Expectations:  
  - Please provide your own display table, racks, signage, extension cord, etc. (chairs are available)
- Please do not put anything on the walls with tape, tacks, nails, etc.
- Pinning, hanging or fastening any item to the drapes is strictly forbidden.
- If you need a display, consider bringing an art tripod stand to hold it.
- Please provide a prize to be given away.
- Please provide, before the retreat, a card, catalog or something to identify yourself to the croppers to be included in their welcome packets.
- If you would like to provide gifts for all the croppers, that would be lovely, but not necessary.
- Expectations are that no foul language will be used, no smoking will be done inside the building, and all participants will be modestly dressed.
- Music will be provided by Blessed Memories or the Ministry Center staff and not by the individual croppers or vendors.
- As a vendor or cropper, you and your products may be photographed and used by Blessed Memories in publicity for future events.

  All applications for space must be accompanied by payment or space may be reassigned. Deposits will not be refunded after assignment of space has been made. Exhibits will display only merchandise regularly sold by company. Exhibitors are prohibited from assigning, sharing, subletting a space or any part of the space to anyone else. Each separate company should have their own agreement.
